قمت بإجراء عمليه شراء و طلبت من خدمه العملاء تأكيد طريقه التركيب من ناحيه اليمين ام اليسار رفض المساعده لانه لا يستطيع التواصل مع قسم التركيب!!!!!

The worst furniture company I ever dealt with.. the application gives fake delivery date and after purchase the dates changed.. the after sale team is not helping and not cooperative… and if you want to collect your items from their warehouse no one responsible there.. total mess and waste of money and time.. will never buy anything from you ever again

I bought a mirror from this market, and I choose the pickup method to say time because it was written that it will take 2 day to pickup from store, it take more than 3 week and the order still pending, and I tried to contact with the customer service about this situation and every time they only try to distraction you and wising your time by saying that they have talked with branch and they absolutely doesn’t even talk with them. For every who want to do a online order or they want a urgent order don’t order in danube online, even the worker doesn’t help you like your order is worthless. With I receive the order I will write about the quality and I sure that if this is a service the quality will be worst. BAD Customer Service and Organize. If there a less than 1 star I will do

Got frustrated with their sofa sizes, sizes are for kids when u order online. Sizes are not same as described online.

Item was damaged , the delivery guys said that the item has to be replaced and will be arranged , no communication nor follow up with the item left partially fixed in garden

There are issues with the buy one, get one promotions. When selecting a third item, the last item becomes free, but the first two items still show the full price, even though they are identical in price.

Very good fixing team thank to them . but very weak team to managing and arranging the shipments dating and timing .

Very bad delivery service and very bad follow up they are the worst

Danube installing team are the worst ever, their commitment is very bad, they installed a store shed and it was installed as a normal labor installing it, every thing installed wrongly.. moreover when they give you a date to re fix they are not contacting us.. today they suppose to come i call the customer service 5 times at the end of the day they just ignored and no one came .. last time in life to deal or buy from danube ever ever
