I like shopping in daraz so profitable and easy prices products are available thank u daraz.pk
They will charge shipping per item even if they are delivering all items at once to the same address. When you return an item they will only redeem it with a voucher. The voucher is only usable only once no matter the price of the items. I had a return for 2436 rupees and they sent me a voucher for which I used it on items worth 908rupees. They took the whole voucher for it. Although the delivery boys are nice and customer friendly most sellers seem incompetent and ignorant when it comes to customer service. Very disappointed.
Customer service is terrible.
Daraz have very bad delivery partner which is M&P. They don’t deliver anything to your address.
