this app makes me input my details every time i reload my hafilat card. i hope you can add an auto-save feature for it.

Not able to login with UAE PASS

The app is very helpful in planning your commute. But its always crashing, especially during top up. It wont load and sometimes the payment wont go through. They have also to improve the real time update when you top up, 1-2hrs is very delay especially when you really need to use it. And sometimes when there is checking, even if you show the inspector that you have top up they don't consider it and still they fine you.

Very slow and confusing app

95% of users are using iPhone however there is no support for Apple Pay on this app. Disappointed! Would be better if you allow us to use the card on Apple wallet transportation section which will allow us to use the card virtually from Apple wallet it self.

Good evening I want to give you some suggestion about bus card checking balance fungine and re fungine when you added this future in this app then every passenger check our balance easily Thank you so much

App is helpful, however, you cannot check balance and still need to go to the website. Should also add the option of putting Weekly pass and Monthly pass in the app because machines are not working most of the time or have long queues.

App is very much outdated. It needs improvement in many areas and also it is not user-friendly. I mostly prefer Google Maps to check the bus timings and it is more accurate and much better than Darbi. And while showing the bus departures, the upcoming stops and the route in which the bus travels could be displayed. Also, there’s no option provided for recharging Hafilat card through the application.

App stopped working. Just stuck in loading screen. Uninstalled and installed again, no luck. Tried from a different phone, no luck.
