Dario’s are amazing!

Grew up ordering from Dario’s. When I moved towns it really set in how lucky I was to live so close to a place as unbelievably passionate, quality driven, and confident in their own recipes as Dario’s. One in a million. Whenever I come back to my home town, ordering from Dario’s again is at the forefront of my mind. Exceptional every time.

The app uses set address taken from google and dose not let you edit the address. As such I could not type in my address, meaning I could not correct the way google displays my address, meaning my food was over an hour late as they went to the wrong place, meaning my food was cold.

Great idea for ordering Super and easy to do Thankyou

Have used Dario’s for over 30 years but over the last year or so they have gone downhill. Ordered tonight, and as has happened so many times now told delivery would be about 40 minutes, it arrived over 1 and a half hours later. No apology. The fries as ordered were always fries but this time turned up as chips. Not sure what’s going wrong but it’s certainly not what it used to be.

I ordered our food at 4pm today. Did not arrive until 5:45pm! I couldn’t eat my food because I had to leave for my next job at 6pm. Not happy at all with you at all. If you can’t honour a delivery in 30 minutes please phone and give me the option to cancel if necessary. Thanks! Only managed to eat a piece of fruit on the way out. Not what I wanted.

No particular problems ordering. But at one point it said delivery charge £1.00 and service £0.50 but when going to pay it was an additional £3.50 not £1.50…
