DARK MODE OPTIONS PER WEBSITE

You can customize Night Eye's settings for a single website or globally, including adjusting contrast, blue light filter, and dimming.

- Images - Night Eye analyses and converts only the small images and icons in a website to give you even smoother experience. Facebook posts and other significant media are not converted.
- Brightness / Saturation / Contrast - Adjust the brightness, the contrast and the saturation to match the recommended healthy levels and protect your eyes. The default setting for each is 50%, but you can customize each to the preferred levels.
- Blue Light - Take care of your eyes by eliminating the blue light coming from your screen. Highly recommended especially during late night browsing. Simply slide to the preferred level of warmth.
- Dim - Extremely useful if you are working in a dark space/room and the screen is the only source of light in the room. The default setting is set to 50%, but you can customize it as you please.

Overall very good experience

I’ve been using night eye since 2020. And overall my experience has been pretty good. I’ve seen the solution improving with time to becoming more and more integrated with most of websites UIs. It was also good to have on mobile with an app to manage one account.

Doesn’t work

Installed, enabled everything in safer I setting, open safari and search for and thing: google still in day mode. Trash.

Need to sign up for trial

Seller responded to other review saying you don’t need to sign up, you can skip it. This is false. When you open app it offers free 3 month trail and then charges an annual fee. There is no option other than “start free trial” To the seller, if there isn’t a way to skip the free trial, do not respond to others you can. As of writing this review, there is no “skip” option. Only “Start free trial” Not only do you have to pay, but it’s a subscription. So you have pay over and over.

The best free dark mode!

I was wary to install this because I saw another user post his review negative review claiming it doesn't work but he perhaps didn't know how to turn it on. Anyways, this does exactly like it describes. I don't normally post reviews but I felt like this deserved one; one thing I will say, however, when you launch this app, it should not ask you to pay because it seems like you tricked people into downloading the app and now must pay a subscription to get the dark mode feature. That page should be replaced with a page that informs users step-by-step on where to navigate and what to do in-order to turn on dark mode. The premium feature should be a button at the top right or something.

This works but i had to delete and reinstall

The first time i installed it it did not seem to work. I had selected allowed for this website and it did not turn it to dark mode, so it looks like there was a bug.
