Payment Problem
I got charged twice on multiple occasions and I requested a refund from App Store on the most recent case. The GM blocked my access to the game and asked me to pay them back for items that I didn’t get at all. No respond after 8 hours in game PM. I like the game just that I starting to feel like it’s scammming me off my money by double charging on occasion basis.
This game no ads,but…so many update…..
needs to be updated every few days…
Event schedule & season 2
The game is good. Graphic is nice. But need a bit of fixing. Sometimes, the keyboard went missing/glitching and i had to restart it again. The event is nice but i wish the event schedule could be done organizely. For example, today is the capital war event. For the event, of course lots of resources, accelerators are use, troops killing so after the event, for sure everyone would be in the phase of recovery for resources, troops and stuffs. But then, tomorrow will be the alliance duel event and then the next day the killing spree event. Like chill bro, you pressuring us 😅 give us some time to recover. I wish you could fix the schedule so that everyone can do their recovery. Maybe 4 to 5 days. Enough for us to do preparation for the next event. Overall, everything is nice. - the new season is ridiculous. Everything is resetable. We have no idea and no clues on what to do. Basically everyone is lost. Everything needs to be upgraded, the virus and stuff, the lab and so on. Just ridiculous. Makes me want to quit

I was enjoying this game initially. It does lag sometimes but it was still okay. But, things get worse i was double charged for a single purchased. I issue a report, yet i was asked to pay for a refund.
