I love this app when set up correctly worked great. But ever since I got new iPhone now having problems. It is lagging with the timing. On my 13 minutes development added about another minute of development compared with the stop watch. I think need some kind of update. So I don't use it until that's fixed. Other wise worked great for me in the past.
B&W Recipes Only
I like the interface but it is set up for B&W Film only
The best film timer
I have been testing out multiple timers and this is by far the best. This is the first app I have ever paid for and it is already paid for itself. When it comes to developing film and printing consistency is key, and being able to keep chemical data is crucial.
Beautiful interface, lacks some features
I like this app a lot, but it doesn't let you change the amount of developer solution for each roll. I don't always develop the same number of rolls or use the same tank, so this feature is important to me. Having to go back and edit the recipe is many unnecessary steps and opens the possibility of changing development times.
Also, when editing a recipe, having to re-select a developer just to change agitation or development time is another unnecessary step.
Overall a great app, but those two things are hiccups in the workflow. If those two things were fixed it would be a five-star app for sure.
Best dev timer I've used
This is very simple to use, great UI, and the recipe building process is fast. My only gripe is that there's no way (unless I'm missing it) to export or share recipes with other users, like another timer app can.
Great App!
This app is just what I am looking for to keep track of all my darkroom recipes. I would like to suggest one additional feature. The ability to add dilution amounts for more then just developer. The developer dilutions are perfect. Just include this for all other parts of development. Also more flexible agitation rates and the ability to auto start next process after a designated time.
Sweet film photo app
Been using this app a bit now. Pretty nice to be able to keep all my darkroom info sorted digitally. One thing that would be nice would be the ability to take a snapshot of a finished enlargement and attach the pertinent info to it; enlarger settings, exposure times, dodge/burn areas, times. Anyway its pretty useful as it is.
