When I have a credit card replaced, I want to be able to archive the old card's information just in case I may need to use it again but I don't want it to clutter my options when I'm actually paying for something.

Almost flawless

The integration across multiple platforms has been seamless, but I would like to see the user’s login session extended beyond the current 2-week limit, especially in the Windows versions.

Shocking price increase

The 1600% increase in annual subscription fee is crazy.

Love the UI and features!

I couldn’t make myself switch to another manager despite the price increase because I love the UI and features so much! It’s so easy to use and generate passwords for everything, and the way I can edit/add details to each login is invaluable to me. It’s also seamless to switch from one device to another.
