Dastak App

This is a good app, but there are a few changes that could improve it. For instance, when applying for a new license or renewing an existing one, a stamp paper is required. This means that users have to go to the DC office, which is very inconvenient. It would be great if you could add an online option for this process to make it more accessible. Additionally, it would be helpful to include an online option for adding a domicile. Overall, though, it's a good app!

Great app! Everything is on finger tips. I thought at first it would be difficult and time consuming to apply but it was just the opposite. I got everything done in just 3 days. Awesome. The service is so quick and without any issues.

Why making a app when you can’t maintain it or develop it properly!!

The old method of renewing arms licenses was more predictable, with a clear timeline of a month or two. Dastak app was initially promising, but the reality has been disappointing. It takes ages. Applications are taking longer to process, and technical issues like forgotten passwords further complicate matters. They have more errors than users. This creates a frustrating experience where a supposed simplification has led to increased delays and difficulties.

I am continuously trying to recover my password but didnt receive Pin code on my phone number or email what can i do to recover my password?

The delete option is now disabled and while I was uploading photos of my self and my cnic, the option of (upload signature) was not visible , when I clicked continue so then the place of signature was showing empty. There was no option to upload or edit information. Stay focused while applying. You have only 2 chances to apply because I applied 2 times but make some mistakes so on 3rd time, error was coming and I was not allowed to apply on 3rd time . So do not make mistakes .

I am trying to apply for new license and it's continuously displaying error as "Province Required" even after selecting the province name. I even reinstalled the app but it's still showing the same error.

Its been more than a month application status is pending and no one picks up the call from home department arm license wing! I need to visit i believe and serve the bribe to make my application move further- well done kpk government!
