Rubbish app. Here for the 1 hour free data a day and it keeps telling me I’m not connected.

Dropped my connection to 3G

nbnz on

I was using my normal data with 4G. As soon as I connected using Data Clock it dropped to 3G. Restart did not fix. Deregistered Data Clock and restated using. Phone went back to normal data and straight back to 4G connection.

Happy with the app, data piñata needs a little improvement

Periew on

Make it so within the app you have a code (even a cycling code) that is used for the data piñata game instead of the tedious process of inputting your phone number -> waiting for the confirmation text (which can take over 30 seconds) -> inputting confirmation code then being allowed to whack the piñata. It would be so much easier if you just had a code already Even better include the game within the app itself! No more jumping between apps.

Send an outage email to all customers when data clock is going through maintenance. It’s happening everyday for hours at a time

Not working

Hey 2degrees so my 2degrees date is not working. The data Piñata it lets me smash it and then when I go to Data Clock it says I need a new plan but I’ve got a plan and I just bought a new plan to see if it’s still not working and it’s still not working. I’ve updated the app I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it. And my free hour of data every day hasn’t worked in a couple months so I’m pretty sick about this can you please fix it thank you.

The app doesn’t work

I can’t even get into the to app to use the 1 hour data even though so I bought a $5 daily data just to get in the app but it still wasn’t working

BEWARE!

bexfish1 on

Beware: Now, when you use your free one hour or buy a package, if you hot spot to another device the data on your phone will be used. I used my free one hour to hotspot my tablet to download material for my course. On the 21st I bought a $19 plan and now, on the 24th I'm back down to zero data, and back to not being able to access data clock. If data clock no longer covers hot spotting then I will have to look into moving to another provider.
