Continuously failing

I’ve installed it couple of times and it’s not working properly. Whenever I try to open the app it just pops up and then it’s closing it self without letting me use the app. Useless if not working

Doesn’t work

Open app and it shuts straight away. What a waste of time.

Complete waste of time

Can’t even open the app it just crashes. You can see from the reviews that this has been the case for a long time. They obviously don’t care. Weird because my DL club have just made a big thing of installing new Boditrax machines

Doesn’t work

The original App worked well but when upgrades to phone and iPad OS it became impossible to open App. As previously reported it just closes down immediately. I approached David Lloyd at Rayners Park but they had no idea and no interest in the issue. Very poor service all round.

Falls over straight out of the box

Really poor. Download the app ✅ Open app✅ App crashes instantly ✅ Not very well developed. Whether it’s an iOS issue, who knows but this poor and should have been tested across various devices before deploying into live End result is a shocking customer experience.

Who the hell signs these apps off to go live, shocking, doesn’t even open!

I have the same issue as others. You download it, click on it and it doesn’t open. Really frustrating.
