Lovely to meet Zoe. She put me at ease and introduced me to some useful exercises to kickstart my fitness training From Moira D
While I appreciate having the chat option to address membership inquiries, the experience is incredibly frustrating. The app frequently disconnects me, and there’s no way to pick up the conversation where I left off. Each time I’m forced to re-explain everything to a new advisor, which wastes time and makes the process unnecessarily stressful. For the cost of a DL membership, I would expect the app to to sing and dance… This really needs to be fixed.
I try at the appropriate time each week to book my preferred Pilates class 10.45 with Debbi Scarfe. Each week the app sticks and refuses to allow me to take one of the 20 places.
This app constantly looks temporary. With the latest updated, the only option is not to book classes and all other functions are gone.
The cafe ordering app is incredibly slow, each page or action taking 30-60 seconds to complete. Booking and viewing other events is equally slow.
Lovely staff, lovely trainers and amazing spa and courses. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Only feedback I have is that it should be made easier for parents to enjoy the facilities as the crèche has restricted opening times and costs additionally.
Fix the app. Always the same issues every year.
Shocking lack of communication from management with members following withdrawal of all poolside facilities. When stuff works, it’s great, but when (not if) it doesn’t, members are kept in the dark.
A really useful app for account administration, booking classes, ordering food etc. the Bioage/progress tracker is easy to use but I’d like to see a greater variety of exercises that count towards your Bioage.
