I applied for free trial but one week money debited but no use of this app no option to add or edit our video .. its just bad experience by giving money its just like looting and not providing your service.No way to contact them directly why these type of scam app is promoting by @app stores @ Apple please remove these kind of scam apps from your store.Its rating itself is self promoted worst app ever i seen

Disappointing!
I just purchased the Pro version and I am not happy with the outcome: 1) The model continues to be in a state of being busy due to high demand. If I cancel the warning message, the app also removes the typed prompt. This is so frustrating 2) I am not able to use the Pro features on the desktop app even though the app gives the link. On logging into the desktop app, I am showed as ‘free’ user. Another disappointment! 3) I purchased Pro on an instinct as the app continued to show offers; but it didn’t provide all the inclusions or exclusions. I though that all the app features would be enabled after purchasing Pro, but the Store+ is not included and now I am asked to cough up additional money to use store+ features. 4) The app also doesn’t maintain the history of image generations. Everytime I generate the image, the history disappears. This is a big design flaw. I have raised queries on support ticket but the team isn’t diligent enough to respond to all of them in one go. Another disappointment! Why should customers be taking all the pain even after making the purchase. The developers of this app needs to put in effort to remove these issues and stop considering customers as fools.

Avatars stuck at 5 min creation since last 3 days
It’s a recurring issue where Avatar creation gets stuck at 5 min remaining. Each time the team releases an update however it works only for few days and then issue re-occurs. Writing to app support over email is a futile exercise as they are either un-responsive or don’t follow through on their commitments.
