Davis Behavioral Health App Reviews

What’s the point?

Unusable app,You can’t schedule appointments, the only thing you can do with this trash app is view your upcoming appointments. What a waste of time and space on my phone.

it won't use my camera

Main issue: this app doesn't even TRY to use my iPhone's camera, meaning that my doctor can't see me (but I can see him). I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but no change. DBH app Version 3.10.0, build 21692. I'm using iPhone 14, iOS 17.3.1. In iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, it lists several apps that have requested access to use the camera, where I can select whether to allow any of those apps to use the camera -- the Davis Behavioral Health app isn't even listed as requesting camera access. I've gone into all related settings that I can think of on my iPhone and in the app, but I've found no way for it to use the camera for the app. There is no such issue on my Android tablet. There are several other issues with this iPhone version of the DBH app (and in the Android version). As someone who majored in Computer Science, I'd describe the app as "unfinished" and "untested." The app feels like it was made from an out-of-date app template and some features were left as originally supplied instead of tailored for DBH's needs.

An app that doesn’t know it’s an app

I’ve been trying to make a follow up appointment and it is literally impossible. Open app > Schedule appointment -> Sends you to a page “download our app” -> Click on App Store link (just to make sure it’s updated) -> Open from App Store -> Make appointment -> Sends to App Store -> Open app…. Over and over…..YES, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, logged out and logged back in. This app has been awful since the launch but gets worse with each update.

Dumb

I think it’s stupid that I have to download your app to have a telehealth meeting. Want to know what your app has access to on my phone other than my mic and camera

Garbage, do not use

Ever since switching over to this new app from telehealth, we have not been able to have an online visit yet. We do not get the emails and even if we log into the app the appointments do not show up.

Doesn’t work at all

Completely useless. Cant even log in because it doesn’t send an email to get logged in. Yes I’ve tried every single folder in my mail and on multiple platforms.
