Dawn - Official Mobile App

I cherish dawn as a reader for the last 3 decades. The app serves to reduce paper usage and convenience to home into items of interest. However I found it extremely old fashioned in layout and slow. Several times a story wouldn’t open and one has to close the app and restart because no button works while the story is in endless fetch mode. Also the photos do not lend themselves to zoom. I hope these issues are addressed.

The dark mode of the app makes certain words within articles unreadable as they are dark coloured which clashes with the dark background. Update must be done to rectify these words in brighter foreground tone so to ease reader.

UX is so bad, buttons are only pressed when force-touched, dark mode makes bulletpoints unreadable, and the app crushes a lot! I trued reinstalling it many times, but the app keeps malfunctioning by either not responding or showing no content in an article or closing the app.

I cannot access the complete news articles in my app. Please fix the app’s scroll.

Still encountering scroll issue. Please fix it ASAP. M not able to read the whole news.

Having an issue with the scrolling for quite a while now. Even reinstalled the app. Is it an iOS issue?

Kindly update the application and fix the bugs because the paragraph could not scroll down completely.

Poor application. Unable to comment despite many feedback shared with dawn team. Same people commenting again with similar comments. Poor and frustrating experience.

Issue with scroll is still not fixed in latest update. Furthermore, the developers have messed up the “feedback” option in app as well. App crashes when I try to give feedback. Thats why i had to write a review here. You guys seriously need to change your developers. Its been months that every single day, new issue pops up in the app. Very poor build.

News articles and news are not opening correctly and full in iOS. Kindly check it urgently.
