Device no longer tracks Heart rate and Blood pressure. Even on manual checking the device just says timed out. I’ve updated everything and turned off and on to reconnect device. Not a reliable device.

I like it so far but I’d like the sleep tracker to work?

Cannot sync my watch this is really ridiculous!

This is the worst quality product I’ve ever encountered, with the most unreasonable manual and the least sincere feedback in its App. I seriously doubt how it passed quality inspection and was allowed to be sold. If there’s zero that I can select, I would rate it zero or negative! After coming to China, my similar model of sports tracking watch suddenly broke. To pair it with my iPhone and because I liked and was familiar with the style, I chose this one from the many fitness trackers available on Taobao. First, charging it is a hassle—you need to remove the watch strap to expose the charging port. Second, the sleep monitoring doesn’t work. On the first night, there were no sleep monitoring results, and it even asked if I was wearing the tracker, despite other functions like step count, blood pressure, and blood oxygen being updated automatically . After reconfiguring it, the sleep results appeared, but the recorded times were highly inaccurate. On the second day, there were still no results, and reconfiguring it would erase the previous day’s data. On the third day, there were no results again, but on the fourth day, results suddenly appeared, similar to the first day, but with extremely inaccurate times. In addition to the dysfunctional sleep monitoring, the watch face becomes half black vertically and unreadable under sunlight, with no time displayed. I carefully reviewed the manual but found no solution. Checking the manufactory contact information, there was none provided at all! On the app’s feedback section, I uploaded my issue, including photos and contact details, but received no response. Furthermore, the input box for entering my contact information doesn’t show the input window, so I couldn’t see what I was typing. This kind of trash product and software is the worst I’ve ever encountered. It’s beyond imagination—truly unprecedented.

Weather appears to be wrong area therefore when it says 40 degrees outside it is more like 60 degrees Also sleep function is not working properly Shows me sleeping for 10 hours when I literally only slept for 6 hours Good concept but they need to fix it few things

My day and stopped being connected to my iPhone so it is worthless to me. Do not buy!
