This was a fantastic app that would link to Evernote. I used it for years and loved it. Unfortunately, it no longer works. At first you could not cut and paste into it any longer. Now it just won’t even open up. I have deleted it, re-downloaded it, and reconnected it to Evernote several times and it still does not work. I am really bummed.
Need on Android devices too
Loved this app on my iPhone. Would love it even more if they had a version that worked on Samsung phones (android)
App is currently broken…
I love this app. It is one of my favorite. Unfortunately, right now it is currently broken. I don’t know how to contact Support. The app will not let you paste anything. When you touch the screen to pull up the paste option, the app shuts down. I really hope, they get a fix for it soon. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it is still doing the same thing.
Great App
I’ve used DayEntry for years. Love it!
IPad support- date change
Great app on my IPhone, saves a lot of time entering a note. But I can’t get the correct date on my IPad, when I go to change the date, nothing happens,, this is just on the IPad, not my IPhone.
Fantastic App for Evernote!
I use it for note taking, journal entries, basically my on the go memory. Works great. I set up a Book in Evernote I name by the year M2020 and have everything for the year saved in that file. If you have premium version of Evernote, searching for date and/subject is easy.
Great app + DayOne integration possible
I was looking for something to replace vJournal for daily logging and small journal entries during the day. This app works great for the purpose. But I also wanted to pull my daily entry from Evernote into DayOne, which is my main journaling app. I found I can write an ifttt applet that pulls my DayEntry file from Evernote into DayOne when I add a tag to the DayEntry file. At the end of the day, I add a tag (I use “JournalComplete”) to the DayEntry file in Evernote. I go to the ifttt app, run the applet and presto, the DayEntry file for that day is copied to DayOne. The geotags are not preserved but I can live with that. Fantastic!
Simple, but effective
Quick way to enter daily notes. Find it useful.
Great journal for Evernote!
This is a great journal app. I found this app to replace the vJournal app...which was no longer being supported. This app is a simple, no-nonsense app that flawlessly posts to Evernote. I’m grateful to have found it!
Update
Would give 5+ review if updated, better implemented instructions, and if you could get assets to qestions
