앱 너무 좋아요 (+ 앱 안켜짐 이슈. 급해요ㅠㅠ)
안녕하세요 4년정도 이 앱을 아주 잘 써온 사용자입니다. 오늘 갑자기 앱이 켜지지 않아서 급한 마음에 이 이메일로 연락 남기고 여기에도 글 남깁니다. 아이패드에 깔아놓고 사용해왔고 유료구독은 안하고 무료버전으로만 사용해 오고있습니다. 앱이 작동되지 않은 후로 아이패드를 껐다 켜보기도 하고, 인터넷 연결도 다시 확인하고, 캐시삭제도 해봤는데 여전히 안 켜지네요.. 앱을 삭제하고 다시 까는 방법밖에 안 남은 것 같은데 그럼 앱에 작성한 내용과 기록, 일기들이 다 날아갈까봐 너무 걱정됩니다. 어떻게 하면 좋을지, 데이터가 남아있는지 확인해주시면 너무 감사하겠습니다..

1. 위젯 기능 추가 업데이트 2. 텍스트색 및 텍스트 배경색에 색상 (흰색, 검은색) 추가 . . 리뷰에 답글도 달아주셨었는데 이제 업데이트는 더이상 안되는건가요... 마지막 업데이트가 1년 전이라니
너무 좋은 어플을 찾은 것 같은데 왜 입력한게 사라지는걸까요,,,,
기존에 사용하고 있는게 조금 불편해서 찾아다니다가 이 어플을 알게 되어서 갈아타려고 내용들을 옮기고 있었는데 잠깐 멈추고 다른거 하다 다시 옮기려고 하니 조금전에 입력했던 내용들이 사라져있더라고요,,,,, 이렇게 내용들이 사라지면 이 어플을 어떻게 믿고 입력할 수 있을까요,,, 개선해서 오래오래 갔으면 좋겠습니다
