Easy as shelling peas

Had a great day and the app made life super easy for us

Great experience.

Excellent value for money, a great experience at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm Dubai. One of the best Christmas days ever.

Misleading

I booked a day pass at the Shangri La hotel. When I got there I was told that the offer I booked did not exist. The day pass straight from the hotel was only 170 AED and not 195. On top of this day pass said I’d get 250 credits for food on a public holiday but the hotel insisted I was only entitled to 170. I paid a deposit of 26aed for absolutely nothing other than giving money to day pass. In addition, the pictures did not show that there was now construction work opposite the hotel which means the Grand Mosque view is completely obscured. Disappointing and misleading. Never using this app again. Update: the concierge had the audacity to email me and say I was wrong despite providing a full account and pictures. Instead of sending sarcastic and rude emails perhaps work on your customer service. Feel free to message me for copies of their nasty and unprofessional replies.

Needs a rewrite

This has been badly developed. Bugs everywhere. Needs to be fully native.

Doesn’t work

The app just crashes, I even tried removing it and installing it again and it still didn’t work.

Worth it

I was a bit hesitant about using an app I’d never heard of. I couldn’t see my confirmation email after booking but the customer services team were quick to direct me to my spam folder. Everything went well at the venue we booked the pass for. Remember to bring ID and the card used for booking

Quick customer service!

When booking I was slightly worried if it was a scam since I didn’t see reviews. Then didn’t get email confirmation and got really worried. But emailed customer service and it turned out my email had a typo that they fixed and resent the confirmation. So this company is real and customer service is great. Thanks guys!
