I have been emailing and sending personal message to their Instagram but no reply. Even after weeks and months……they can post Instagram post daily but doesn’t reply to customers messages and emails. Super irresponsible company that charges subscription but doesn’t have a good customer service.
I new user for this apps. After I subscribe, then it direct me to payment page and unable connect to iTunes Store. I can’t even go in the apps.
I used to use Dayre before it was chargeable. Now when I’ve keyed in my payment details, and log in via Facebook. It keeps directing me to the payment page then tells me unable to connect to iTunes App Store. I’ve tried more than 10 times, deleting and reinstall the apps. Still failed. So disappointed with the update.
How was the testing phase? How did this app pass the testing phase?! I tried so many times for Fb login but it failed. Initially my email address was not recognised but after umpteenth times it finally was recognised for me to reset password. Then when we log in we are supposed to update our profile, confirm our phone number and receive an OTP. I can’t even go back to the screen to update profile to change the phone number. No need to say, the OTP hasn’t even come no matter how many times I tried.
I’m dismayed because I really love this app and use it everyday but after the new update, I can’t login & having errors to reset password and when press to login through Facebook, the app keeps crashing. Please fix the issues asap.

How can I rate something I can’t even log in? Used Facebook to log in, app keeps crashing. Quite disappointed since the premise of the app was great. And now I probably won’t come back to reinstall it after the bad taste it left in my mouth.
Read about the reviews of the app and like the screenshots shown in the App Store. Decided to download and try it out. Unfortunately there is a problem to create a new account with email address, so given no other option I decided to sign up with Facebook ID, but Dayre is keep crashing. I gave it up at last as I had wasted 30 minutes just to create a new account. The best thing is, in order to report an issue to the support, one must have a Dayre account to do so. Conclusion: this app needs a lot of improvement!
Need more than 30sec video posting on dayre so i can post more videos there.. Tq 😁
Back off before it is too late, you cant delete or deactivate your account like ever and you need to pay to make your post private, who the hell do that?? This is by far the worst social media ever..
