Everytime we open a ticket for help on bugs or strange things happening, we get no answer for days, and when they answer, they either say we are wrong or they can’t help you. Absolutely appalling support. With the amount of money we out in this game, we would expect them to actually care for their players, but no, they just keep getting worse and worse.

Gameplay does not get any shallower. It requires no skill. Just open loot boxes until you can’t, then pay money, or wait for increasingly long periods of time. The graphics are pretty though. These games are predatorial trash.
