Dayz is a simple easy-to-use personal and sobriety counter with a beautiful and clean interface. No bells and whistles. Just install the app and start counting. Best of luck!

You can choose to see the length of your sobriety in days, weeks, months, years or those combined. You can also override your counter by either providing a new number of days or a new start date.

If you want to keep a close eye on your counter, Dayz also has a small nifty Today widget.

If you've found a bug or have a feature request, please report the problem from the app's settings.

Bundle

Hello, I recently subscribed and paid for the extended bundle. It said where I can write how I’m feeling that day, ECT. I paid for it, and all I can do now is choose whether it shows days, months ECT. Am I missing something?

Widget doesn’t seem to work

Wanted to use this app for the widget. Not sure if part of the paid subscription? I’d happily pay one time fee of $5-10 but yearly subscription for unrelated apps is wayy too much.

Does what it says

It works and does what it says but I don’t like how the app tries to pressure you into an annual subscription for $20 which includes a list of apps I won’t use. There’s a timer that says “sale ends in…” but when it reaches 0 it just restarts, it’s been doing this for months now

Love the simplicity

I really like how simple this app is, it's very straightforward counter. What i don't like is how some basic options like dark mode were turned into a paid feature after the most recent update

Clearly the best

This app is so clean and clear without any clutter to distract from the key time measurement. There’s a handy toggle to hide the reset button on the screen

Love this app, but ...

This app is awesome! Simple and super functional, does exactly what it says. But I wish you could label your timer and create more than one timer running at the same time!

A great simple and discrete app. Does exactly what I need with no extraneous or unnecessary content.
