I received and set up two of these locks today, and they work exactly as described. Yes, the English could use some revision in many areas of the instructions, but I didn’t even need to read them as the set up was basic for anyone who has ever set up a fingerprint on an iPhone. So far I am happy with this purchase.
The lock works ok but the app is terrible. It will not allow you to add friends or send them an invite. It just says user does not exist everytime.
The rock is pretty easy to use. However, the unfortunate point is that it is not completely remotely used by the app in fact, when you go and try and use the lock and unlock it using the app, it just says to press the button on the Smart Lock to wake it up, however putting your fingerprint will unlock the lock and it will keep it connected, but I’m not sure why even have the app to unlock the app, I think they should fix it other than that it works pretty well
Couldn’t get it to connect with my phone through Bluetooth. 1 out of 10 tries to get it to connect and it didn’t stay connected. Fully charged after getting, but battery drained to 3% in less than a week. Had an upgrade but it wouldn’t allow the upgrade. Absolute garbage. Wouldn’t trust leaving my valuables with this lock.
This thing is so simple that you can’t mess it up which means that if it’s defective, that would be obvious as well. Download the app, register a new account, add device, clear any precious fingerprints, add my fingerprint, done.

This app doesn’t register your fingerprint. It says “graphic failure” whenever I try. And Unfortunately, you’ve already bought the product so writing this review is pointless. It’s like the developer peaced out ✌🏾on this product or something.
Can’t use lock without useless app that has issues connecting to lock all of the time. Privacy agreement admits to some shady activity with your info.
I can’t even give this one star! The app is useless as nipples on a breastplate! It will not register my fingerprint on app! For 2 days j can’t get it to work! First of all I shouldn’t have to have an app! The lock itself should take the fingerprint! Just like my door handle fingerprint lock! So I can unlock it with my phone but what if I lock my sheshed up & forget my phone! Because this worthless app can’t work like it is supposed to be designed, & btw, whoever designed it l, I don’t know how they got out of engineering school! Made something totally simple, totally difficult! Omg it won’t send my remarks unless I rate the thing! Ok 1
The lock is great quality, the app although a much older platform works great, the app communicates well with the lock, no complaints so far.
