When refresh the market price the app will hang and just keep loading.please do something
Worst app for trading, almost too “primitive”
Even the name of the app isn’t intuitive. What is mTrading ? Say if I forget what’s the app name, but I remember it is DBS Vickers. When I search my iPhone, none appear, then I found out the name of the app is called mTrading?? I wasted time to go to app Store to search Vickers and then I realized it is named as mTrading. No Biometric login… where a trade need to be made quickly, this slow me down. Comparing with other trading platforms which I have used this is definitely one of the worst. The experience from start (login) to browsing/searching for ticker code, order amend etc is downright slow and not intuitive. In summary, there are many things to be improved on this app: - Name of the app is not intuitive - Login, the OTP need to be manually typed - the look of the app looks pretty inconsistent to DBS banking app -No biometric login
Lacking of auto update stock portfolio
Should automatic update every stock transaction in our portfolio. Currently, we need to manually insert stock transaction in the custom portfolio which is not intuitive and user friendly. This feature should be easily programme for users and will make the user experience better.
Not beginner friendly app
As I am new to trading, I do not have CDP account and I trusted DBS more than other platforms like Webull, moomoo etc. However it turns out that DBS not interested for new user or small account users like me, been near 2 weeks I have not been able to start any trading since I applied for vickers. No update about CDP account even though the application of vickers asked for my details for CDP account creation for new users. Only a mail for multi-currency account creation which I can’t find this function anywhere in digibank or vickers app. Really damage my impression of DBS.
