Waste of Money!
I am feeling shortchanged after buying a number of digital books from DC books! The app has been unusable ever since the last update. Is there a way I can refund my purchases?

This is a joke
This app is a joke .in my personal experience ,half the time the app hangs and the UI is utterly horrible. The latest , app simply doesnt work . After many years and numerous customer feedbacks later, if these guys are not willing to listen to the wake up call , it clearly shows the utter arrogance of the company. I will take the money and run to any app that can give me 10% better experience. Unfortunately these guys have the monopoly on malaylam book rights . I wish writers unite not to sell the online rights of their books to the company that kills the whole online reading experience. Let them continue selling printed copies, that they are good at.

There is no bookmark option Books are not opening at last read position There is no search option in my collection If you add page flip animation, it will give a better reading experience
Not Working
App still not working, Cannot open the purchased book
IOS app is still not functional
I have been happy to get an update for this app, but alas the joy was too short lived! So far the only thing that I could achieve here was to log in and browse through my “Collections”, ie the books that I have purchased. And that’s it. I can’t open even a single book since last couple of months. I have spoken with support group but they say it is still under development. But if I cannot even read a single book from my purchase, what is the point in having an App?

I can’t see any book I purchased in iPad.. why don’t you fix such issues faster.. it looks like I waisted my money in buying ebook!!!
Not reader friendly
Doesn’t open the the last page read. Page flipping is erratic - every page. Can’t go to a page number through search.
App needs to be updated. Not upto the mark.
The app needs to be updated. most of the books does not even have a navigation option. check apps like Kindle, Apple books and make this app more user friendly. We are paying for the books and so we expect more user friendliness. Books purchased can only be read with this app and there is no browser facility provided. We cant even use Kindle device to read DCB books. So atleast make sure that this app is upto the mark.
Worst App
I wanted to buy some e-Book which I found in your online site. After downloading your app I searched for those books but nothing found. Also your search and dashboard looks very awkward. Should have been a better app. Uninstalled the app instantly. I don’t have time to waste. Bye bye.
