DC Metro Pro

I purchased this app thinking I would do away with all those annoying pop-up ads. But when I typed in a search on this app for the new Ashburn station on the Silver line - it wasn’t there! But Ashburn is definitely there on the PAPER maps provided FREE at any DC metro station. That means the developers of this app are too lazy to keep their app up to date! I am requesting a refund of my $3.99 from Apple.

Calling my credit card company to get my money back. Where does this app get off calling itself “Pro” when it has absolutely no information about Metrobus anywhere? It only has real time arrival for metro rail stations and other apps offer that info absolutely free.

It’s been stuck since I downloaded it and hasn’t updated, very dissatisfied after paying $3.99

Developer was quick to respond when the app had issues. I rely on this app for spot on train times. Thanks developer

This app is easily the most visually appealing dc metro app on the app store. It could use some more features though considering this is a paid app. An interactive map, where you could tap the station and view train times at that station would be nice (or just any way to view train times without having to add it to favorites or having it be nearby). Also on the favorites screen the bottom of the last favorite is cut off by the navigation bar. Again though, this really is a great app! 👍
