Worse site I have ever been on! The developers apparently have never worked anywhere else to see how other sites work. Such easy fixes could turn this site around. I was the liaison between the staff and the developer. Send out questionnaires asking what they would like to see to make more user friendly.
This app is garbage
I’ve used 1000’s of apps and helped develop dozens…. My 7 year old could have developed an actual working example with better features and a design that an elderly person could use… I am so disappointed An upset, not to mention the women used to explain in your tutorial video said “IT’S SO EASY”, about 60 times.. you guys need to redo the whole app because this isn’t acceptable.
Suggestion
It would be so great if we could have a notes section DURING a shift so we could write detailed activities AS WE DO THEM so wouldn’t have to summarize entire day all in one swoop.
Ridiculous UX
Why do we need to click clock out and then confirm? The previous way gave ample opportunity to back out if that wasn’t the intended action. Just add confirmations to all clicks. Thanks.
Bad app
This stupid app told me I needed to update the app so I clicked on confirm and it brought me to the App Store then showed no sign of updating the app so I deleted the app thinking I could update it that way and nope locked me out! I’d give zero stars to this app
Slow and glitchy
Please fix this app. Families and their employees rely on this app and it takes up to 7 minutes sometimes to get logged in. This is unacceptable. My staff has a hard time getting clocked out because it takes so long to load. Staff has to use the picture verification to clock out but it takes so long it delays the school bus from getting my child to school on time and/or we get unverified pictures because the app will NOT load in a timely fashion. This is people’s lives and paychecks, do better and fix the problems people are making you aware of.
Having problems almost daily
I’ve had problems with this app and logging in, it works to login it just takes a ridiculous amount of time and when dealing with clients you don’t always have that extra time. This app needs to be worked on or something. It’s not my phone, it’s not the app being not updated, it’s not due to WiFi problems. It’s the app. Please get this fixed as it’s causing stress to my employer.

On my app all I have is clock in. I do not have the other 2… can someone help me
The app is unusable
I just updated the app and put in my credentials and now it’s saying my app isn’t up to date even though I just updated it. On iPhone 12pro max on iOS 16.6

All of my the sudden it’s being slow to show that I’m clocked out please fix thank you
