แอปพลิเคชันสำหรับเฝ้าระวังผู้มีความเสี่ยงติดเชื้อโรคติดต่ออันตราย เพื่อให้ผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงสามารถกรอกข้อมูลสุขภาพ และประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยตัวเองได้เป็นรายวัน โดยผู้ใช้แอปพลิชันจะต้องกรอกแบบคัดกรองตนเองรายวัน ตามระยะเวลาที่เจ้าหน้าที่กำหนด ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแอปพลิเคชันจะถูกใช้งานโดยกรมควบคุมโรค และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการคัดกรอง เฝ้าระวัง รักษา และควบคุมโรค ข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บจะไม่ถูกนำไปเผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะในรูปแบบที่สามารถระบุถึงตัวตนของผู้ที่ให้ข้อมูลได้
