Good start
This app has a lot of potential. There’s a lot of interesting functionality that it provides. Feature wise it’s quite good. After a week of use, there are a couple issues that have left me wanting. Documentation is extremely light on. The “help” directs you to an Instagram page that provides next to no idea how to make the most of the features. Probably a little more jarring than this is the disconnection between the calendar views and diary entries. The app provides a calendar month view. Long pressing on a date takes you to a week view. What’s nice about these two views is that you can drop in templates; like a checklist. You can add stickers, photos or just a place to write free hand. What doesn’t seem so great is the diary function. This is completely isolated from the calendar. IE: If you “create a diary” you can’t access it via the calendar views. There’s a separate menu item that lists all diaries. Each one seems to be a whole separate document. It would be nice to see better integration with the Apple calendar. You can sync and see events for the day but these don’t appear in the calendar itself. I guess the overall problem is vague navigation. It feels like a whole lot of great ideas were all thrown together with limited thought about overall CX. We’ll worth a look.
