Short transition period from card to app
Disappointed of the short transition period. Previous members point unable to transfer and got burned. No point of registering a existing membership to apps where points are turn ZERO
Lost of previous member card point
So disappointed all our previous point in member card was burn because of having mobile apps as we can register with member card number why can’t bring forward the point???
