Worst UX
Horrible design and experience with app and key. Locks don't work, forced dependancy on phone, rude and ignorant customer service, list goes on. We pay 700+ on rent meanwhile a hobo lives rent free with his own bed and cooking pit in our stairwell. Key = 👎

Honestly the worst app ever
A first year IT student could create a better app then this in two weeks. The UI is terrible, it breaks half the time. Come on the Key, this app needs to serve such a basic purpose: digital keys and information…
