I cannot believe it is a product in 2020s. The stability is low, and setting it up with Alexa, Google, etc. is ridiculously hard (have to restart several times).

I’ve had several switches for about 6 months. They work great. The app controls them without any issue. Customer service is amazing. I would give more stars if I could.

This app gave me an awful experience trying to connect my light switches. The system continues to go in a circle and does not allow me to move forward after a certain point. Not user friendly at all!

Really happy with my lights. They integrate well with my existing smarthome system. The app does a great job with setup and configuration.

The smart switch cost 90$ plus . Who is gonna spend 90+ dollars for each switch rather everyone can switch to another switch brands which cost lesser than 15$ for each smart switch. I feel it’s useless business model to sell at higher price

Great app / great product. There are a few things that would make it better. Finding the app tile on the standard iphone grey backdrop is maddening. Something as simple as an outline in colour around the square would make it pop instead of just blend in. While it is a darker shade of grey than the folders tiles (ios). it’s close enough to make my eyes fly right past it because only things that are seldom used get put in those folders. Make it stand out! Second nit-pick is the load time of the app. I don’t even need it to be faster, it’s the fact that after the spinning “o” it loads into the home page but stays greyed out for a second before coming alive. It makes me jump the gun every time and then get irritated that I have to wait some more. Just keep it on the spinning “o” for the extra second and then launch straight into a working app that I can immediately use. Small things but both annoy me everytime I interface with the app and that adds up over time. I’m usually more likely to just go use the switch itself to avoid being irrationally mad at the technology. Just some thoughts to make a great app even better.

We love how simple the app is to set up and use! So cool to be able to upgrade your switches for any room with in seconds, and just as quickly have them set up in this app. App is very intuitive and easy to set up schedules and scenes for your lighting experience. Fun to use!! The kids love it as well!

Love that with a touch of a button I can turn off all the lights my kids left on! Thanks for saving me money daily!

Deako is a must have when it comes to updating your home to be a smartphone. Easy to install, easy to use and looks great in any home!! Totally worth the upgrade!!
