Is Dealerware free?
Yes, Dealerware is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Dealerware legit?
⚠️ The Dealerware app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Both the web and mobile service constantly is either slow or just refuses to load pages just usually gives you the “Something went wrong” message. Only way to use it half the time is to log out and back in multiple times to get a page to load. The servers must be run by a single person because I swear. Please. Stop. Updating. The. UI. Just fix what you already have stop making new dashboards.
Could be better
Ever since this app updated it no longer uses face id to allow you to login and I can never load the vehicle list on the application.
Good concept, poor execution
We switched from TSD and I was really excited to use this program. This app is so glitchy, constantly getting “something is amiss” messages at bottom of screen. Can’t update/change vehicle issues, they can only be resolved. Meaning if new damage has occurred on that same panel I now have to create a whole new “issue” whereas before we could just add additional photos. It’s like reinventing the wheel every time. The constant glitches cause the system to back out of the contract creating sometimes multiple “pending” contracts. When photographing vehicle damages it will back out to the main contract page AFTER I’ve hit save, but it has not saved the issue/photos. No way to view all of my customers open contracts on the desktop app. When I search by my last name (as the service advisor) it is pulling up right now four contracts, including two which were canceled. When I search by my first name it shows me three, which includes one of the canceled ones that displayed previously and TWO that didn’t show at all when I searched by last name. Sadly, for whatever reason, it is not showing the other additional open contacts that I know I have, and will only display when I search specifically by the customers name. Very disappointed in this application.
Needs to be more user friendly
They need to have the option again to have the app remember my account name at the very least. I shouldn’t have to type in the username everyday that I use it.
Updated app issues
Please stop updating the app! Every time it is updated it gets worse and less user friendly. Just fix the bugs without changing everything.
Problems with the newest update:
-unable to open/enlarge pictures of insurance or vehicle issues
-when a $0 amount is owed it only gives you the option to “charge now” or “charge later”. We used to be able to just finish the contract without charging anything
-unable to find a vehicle under the plate number. There are multiples of the same vehicle that are no longer in use and have already been “disposed” in the system.
Camera messed up
The camera is messed up when using the app, I can never focus on the license. I move left and the camera doesn’t. There is something very wrong with it. It is unusable at this moment. This app constantly crashes and gives me errors. Than it freezes when taking a picture of insurance; constantly.
Stop Changing things that aren’t broken
Work UI ever, why do you keep making this app more difficult to use? Not user friendly at all, how about you fix the bugs it has like not being able to start a contract on mobile and going to PC to start it manually? Worst UI ever

Too many issues
When the app is working it is great but it’s rare. It’s constantly crashes forcing me to log in about 8 times a day. It has a thing comes up at the bottom of the screen regularly that say server error which leads to me having to restart loaner contracts every time. It is not the WiFi because everything else at the dealership works with the WiFi. It makes my job very stressful
Issue with Older iPhones
I like the app, but Dealerware does not appear fully compatible with my iPhone 6s, I have to delete and re-download the app every day - otherwise it will not allow new contract entry - very annoying. Should support phones up to at least 10 years age.
