I really appreciated the fact that you would receive a text message whenever the card was used so you knew where you were in “real time”. That wonderful capability has now been lost and replaced by a £100 or more spend! So now unless I check into my account I don’t know where I am! Also if anything was to go “wrong” I wouldn’t be aware of the fact until I checked my account again! A lot of damage could be done spending less than the £100 text activator! A very backward step in my opinion! 😡 😤

If you make a payment towards your minimum payment, regardless of how small the minimum payment total should be reduced every time. Most banking sites do this, why can’t you.

Intuitive and easy to use. All the information you need. Incredible easy to make payment when required. It’s a great App! Unfortunately the App log me out from time to time and it’s not easy to come back in. Customer Service Team is always really helpful when needed.
