Decibelímetro es una aplicación para medir con exactitud los niveles de sonido ambiente en tiempo real. Está diseñada para controlar la contaminación sonora con el objetivo de proteger la salud de los usuarios. La aplicación muestra los valores cuantitativos del nivel de sonido en decibeles usando varios instrumentos de medición tanto de forma numérica como gráfica.
La aplicación también cuenta con un medidor del nivel de sonido totalmente funcional para medir la exposición al sonido del usuario en un período de tiempo de acuerdo a lo establecido por el Instituto Nacional para la Seguridad y la Salud Ocupacional (NIOSH por su sigla en inglés) y la Administración de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (OSHA por su sigla en inglés), a elección del usuario.
FUNCIONES:
• Mide el nivel de sonido en decibeles (dB).
• Rastrea los niveles de sonido mínimo (MIN), promedio (PROM) y máximo (MAX).
• Registra los resultados de la medición.
• Guarda, exporta y reproduce las mediciones registradas.
• Fotos y videos con el nivel de sonido ambiente incrustado.
• Mide el nivel de sonido conforme a lo establecido por el Instituto Nacional para la Seguridad y la Salud Ocupacional (NIOSH por su sigla en inglés) y la Administración de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (OSHA por su sigla en inglés).
La aplicación se creó con el propósito de prevenir los efectos del ruido en la salud de los usuarios.
