DECKEE is the free boating assistant that keeps you safe and informed on the water. Get on-water location sharing, an automated logbook, marine weather, heatmap guidance, safety alerts and more, so you can explore the waterways with confidence!
• On-water location sharing – DECKEE automatically detects when you are on the water, and will magically do things you often forget to do, like letting your Safety Contacts know where you are, and automatically logging your boating activities.
• See who’s on the water – Spot other DECKEE members on waterways around the world and look out for each other. Now everyone can be visible on the water, not just the vessels with AIS equipment.
• Risk forecast for your watercraft – Have you ever tried to work out what the weather forecast means for your boat? It’s not easy! The DECKEE risk forecast takes into account a variety of weather data factors and combines it with your boat length to assess the risk and make your decision to go boating easier.
• Automated logbook – DECKEE automatically logs your activity on the water for you so you never forget. In your logbook you can see your activity stats, learn from your past trips, improve your decision-making, and reflect on your favourite experiences.
• Local knowledge heatmaps – DECKEE Heatmaps help you see what pathways and routes other boaters follow, so you feel confident to discover new places, find those quiet spots to relax, and other insights to plan a fun day on the water.
• Chart info, POIs and zones – Enhance your situational awareness with interactive navigation aids, points of interest, speed zones and safety alerts. We are regularly adding more information and updates to DECKEE maps to improve your experience.

Cannot delete
Downloaded the app and prompt to pay a fee.. so I decided to delete my account which for some reason it’s impossible. It asked you to put your email address in again. BUT comes up with an error I have tried the number of times even tried to press Support but do not get anywhere.. would not recommend this at all..
Wants too much personal information
It really feels like a data harvesting system with a boating app attached. The amount of information they want to create an account more than I’m comfortable giving out to a random app. I don’t trust their motives, so it’s a no from me.

Found good reviews with sponsored sights. Claims that app is free. It's full of in app purchases. Even the Nautical map view needs an upgrade. What the?
Pro Reveiw
As a professional in the Marine recreation sector I believe this app is a must for every boater.
Unstable logs & annoying login
This app used to be very good. Finding the free version keeps asking for email address to authorise login. Trips also freeze and jumps making logs not correct. My yacht cannot do 273Knots speed!
Not useable
I can’t even test it. I can’t click continue when it asks to create username 🤷♀️
Great boating app
Simple and easy to use. Love the ability to track where I’ve been and see it. It’s just like Stava for boating. Big thumbs up
Excellent app!
This app is a game changer! The interface is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. Incredibly useful for planning trips.. it’s like having a knowledgeable boating companion in my pocket. Highly recommend.
