Everything useful is behind membership paywall. There are challenges to earn coins to unlock accessories to do more challenges.. don’t really see the appeal. Not as advertised.

Worst customer service
It kicked me out of my account the day after I paid the annual renewal. I log in with my email, they said I registered a new account under the SAME email (virtually impossible on any platform). Regardless, neither account has my paid membership linked. Customer service is a joke and unprofessional. Been waiting days for responses. Otherwise, the game is great and I will gladly change my review if my issue is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
