The right voice and words combined make this a top notch sleep app! I didn’t go to sleep the first time I listened to it because I wanted to know what he was saying. After that, I went to sleep quickly and slept all night for a change! Highly recommend!

As I lay me down to sleep no sleep cometh until I hit up my life coach with his lulling handsome voice. I relax. He speaks. I sleep. He trains. And I wake up a youthful wealthy rockstar! God bless! Seriously it’s good folks... try it why not?! You spend that much on coffee....why not make a one time purchase for sleep! No brainer! 😍🤩🤑🌈
Only 1 free meditation
Looking for a sleep and meditation app. Tried this one but it only has one free trial available. Interface is clunky, will be deleting.
I like it but it made me nervous
I love the sound of the guys voice and the background sounds. Love the timing and how long it runs. BUT, he talks too fast and it made me feel nervous and rushed, which is the opposite of what I want at bedtime.
Great sleep
Lately, I haven't gotten much sleep, but this app helped a lot. I've been fully rested thanks to this. I've been feeling a lot better lately too.
Not impressed
Paid for one program and a completely different one downloaded. Also tried contacting them and they suggested I ask for a refund from Apple. I don't want a refund, I just want the program I paid for.
Talks too fast
cant relax because the guy that is talking sounds like he is in a hurry to finish reading his script... tells you to take a deep breath but doesn't give you the time to do it ... not very relaxing at all when he is talking at such a fast pace like he just drank a whole pot of coffee....stayed awake for an hour then turned it off :(
