Better version

I think latest version have improved . It would be better if the watch faces can be upgraded to have better & more attractive . Some of the watch faces that have been advertised via shopping online are not available in the apps. Pls look into this and please make it available as well.

Not able to see watch faces in app

Open eye your watch faces aren’t displayed in app get your S,,t together update app other then that it’s. Other then that it’s not bat at a all

Not working

The phone app doesn’t work properly

Fails to update - watch is faulty !

They refuse to replace faulty watch, demand I pay huge fees to ship it back to China/HongKong for them to have a look at it. I have asked for a replacement, they refuse.

Blood oxygen questionable

I have a finger oxygen reader my mum is a PAH patient. The watch keeps saying her oxygen is 98% Yet the finger reader shows 85% while walking mums on oxygen support tanks. Then when she sits it takes time to get 95-97 range. Never 98% Therefore I question the accuracy, you need an update of some kind to fix this problem!! Also it appears that I never seem to have deep sleep, the watch says I’m always light sleeping after 7 hours of Sleep. I find that weird. Also the BP seems to be way off in comparison to the hospital method of checking BP. Especially if you set a personal marker of 120/80 It then sits around that marker. Set marker lower to 110/60 and the readings will be around that mark this is terrible false readings.

Apple iOS 17 Cannot load address book! Would have liked an English manual and some support via the web on my computer. Otherwise after a week I finally worked out how to use 90% of the iPhone app. and the watch. Accuracy I cannot test, but it seems to follow a trend.
