Deerc GPS

This app no longer works. It starts but has difficulty connecting to the drone at all and when it finally does after multiple restarts it drops connection within seconds. You can’t view video or take photos or use the app at all. Calibration won’t work via the app, you can’t view battery life or anything given it won’t maintain a connection to the drone at all. There have been many iOS updates since this app was last updated and no updates for the app in over a year resulting in a buggy unusable app. The drone is now effectively useless for its intended purpose unless all you want to do is watch it fly around using the remote control handset. Videos or photos now cannot be done. Please update this and fix all the bugs.

Recently I tried using my app for my drone for photos for an inspection and it no longer works. I thought it was due to location but no. It doesn’t work anymore. Now I have a drone that I can’t fly due to the app not connecting. Fix this ASAP!!!

I have a DE22 purchased in 2021. It has worked with this app since I purchased the quadcopter. Now, I have an iPhone 14 Max Pro with ios 16.5.1 (c). The app will not connect. I have been on chat with tech support 4 times with 3 different techs, they have all recommended the same routine that has NOT WORKED. I still have an iPhone 7+ with ios 15.? on it. The process worked fine on the iPhone 7+ with ios 15. There is a problem with either/both iPhone 14 Max Pro/ios 16. I love the quadcopter and the app as well as how responsive the tech support has been! My rating here only reflects my complete inability to use the app with my quadcopter - that means NO FPV, NO camera for video or stills - features that I require, that I purchased, that have worked until now. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP and continue to support your good name.

iOS App connects for 5 seconds then crashes. Tech support hasn’t figured this out.

This app is poorly thought out. It does not connect to the Deerc DE22. The latest iOS update makes this app incompatible with the Wi-Fi connection. The developers should have patched a fix for this by now.

Very unreliable app. The app sometimes connects to the drone, but even if it does, the image disconnects. I’ve tried to restart my iPhone X, forget the drone’s Wi-Fi, restart the app, etc. The remote control works fine and can even manipulate the camera gimble of the DERC 22 drone. But the app just doesn’t work.
