Very difficult to scroll thru dates, only seems to move one day at a time. No search button. No help features.

The cameras also provide a lot of coverage and notifications/movement tracking are pretty consistent.

We bought two cameras easy to install and easy to setup had a few questions for customer service and they were great helped me quickly anyone having an issue installing probably shouldn’t be installing them there selves.

Purchased DC4L, can’t get them to sync with CloudEdge, loaded the Dekco App and it won’t scan the QR code and had to set up manually. Now it won’t let me set up the second camera. And I also can’t add my two other cameras, so now I have two use two apps. This needs to be addressed to include all models of cameras.

This app must be enhanced to support previous versions of Dekco cameras that were supported on CloudEdge. Otherwise there is no point in sticking to the same brand of camera if we need two apps for two cameras.

The app was good, the camera not that clear but the the price still good, main bother me is the notifications sounds, I hope they can change one, that’s just bother me every time.

I already have DC6L working perfectly with CLOUD EDGE . Bought recently another two DC5L (exactly same link on Amazon), welll... they dont work anymore with cloud edge but with this DEKCO app. BUT this DEKCO app does not support the others cameras DC5L that I had them not even for a month. Very weird company and practices....

Motion detection is a bit iffy, sometimes it just stops working for a few hours, sometimes it wont stop recording trees just flowing in the breeze. I would appreciate also a bird mode, so it can detect birds and not detect plants life moving in the back. Also there should be a next video button when watching cloud videos. There should also be a way to keep the lights on at all times, same for infrared.
