Easy access. Convenient locations around town so you can always find one depending on what part of Santa Fe you are in. Friendly service. The service providers remember me transactions are always smooth

Every time they do a forced update they log you out and refuse to recognize your credentials.
I like the DNCU mobile app very much but there is one feature it is lacking that causes me trouble. When I use the “Bill Pay” function to pay my bills, the dollar amount I enter as payment is not immediately deducted from my “Available” balance. When these bills are paid by a DNCU physical check it can take weeks for the check to process and be reflected in my account activity. Frequently I forget I have outstanding checks, rely on the number indicated as my available, and wind up overdrawing my account. Please please change this. If I have authorized a payment I want to know it is a done deal. I know that other credit unions have this feature active so I know it can be done. Please save me and other members by fixing this.
App is good and convenient. It has improved. Needs a few more improvements (Teaks) and we should be GOLDEN!! GIBBY

Mobile Banking is the best and the DNCU site is generally very user friendly. I love cashing my checks on line! I love being able to monitor my activity so easily. THANKS
Won’t late me make payments
I love this Bank. They help me every time I have a banking issue. A gentleman in one of the main branches even stayed on the phone with me to help me get one of the online people to stop charging me for a subscription to some app that I didn’t subscribe to. always warm and friendly and willing to help me out. Also help me with getting stuff notarized, quick easy and fast as you go through the drive-through only had one problem when I was overdrafted. And a gentleman that seemed like he was new there told me I wouldn’t be able to get my money for two weeks. Because I was overdrafted by $13. I ended up going to the ATM, depositing the check and getting all my money, except for what I had owed the bank. previously, I was upset because I was getting charged $25 when I went over my limit instead of somebody taking it out of the savings to make it fair. That issue has been resolved. Thank God I still feel the credit union owes me lots of money for all the overdraft when they could’ve just been taking it out of my savings when I didn’t have enough in the checking, still great. Love the security guy Richard he does a good job.
