Bad Optimization
I have to constantly sign in, it just links directly to an outdated browser, and it is NOT COMPATIBLE with D2L. I can’t even access my classes.

Because of the update to the app, I can not access my email through it!
I echo several other users’ frustrations with 1) Never lets you stay signed in, 2) Buggy, slow, clunky, and 3) Constantly “loading” with this annoying spinning wheel in the center of the screen throughout use!! Here are a few more: In Blackboard, the size of your “screen” is much larger than a mobile phone. Therefore when viewing activities and text, you have to scroll back and forth across the screen to read. Some activities for online courses are impossible to complete in the mobile environment because of this. Stuff always hangs off the “edge” of the screen. Can’t get to anything, INCLUDING SECURITY FEATURES, without logging in ad nauseum. Pretty much useless.
This App is horrible since the last update, I can’t even check my grades on it or at this point even get into my email....please change it back!!!
Very buggy. Slow. Constantly loading. Have to keep signing in. Hoped I could access email easier, but didn’t see any access. It kept asking me to update the app right after I downloaded it. Yeah... I deleted it instead. Bad app. Hopefully someone fixes it. The events portion would be nice, but the page loads, loads, loads, loads...
I understand that the purpose of the app is to be convenient when out and about, but the app is very slow and buggy. You're forced to sign in upon every time running the app AND while going in and out of features (like Blackboard) in the app. About the features- Features of the app like email are often slow to load, and some features don't even work sometimes because of weird errors. When I have access to a computer, the app is not my go to. When I don't have access to a computer, I usually just go on my mobile browser.
My only issue with the app is the sign in function. We will use the app for convenience. It’s not convenient if there’s no function to stay signed in.
