I started using this app over a decade ago. I initially logged in using Facebook, which is no longer supported. So now I can’t log in on a new device to my original account (with over 800 wines) and there is no support. It’s incredibly frustrating.
Amazing app for tracking and identifying wines when it works but support is poor when it can’t find the wine properly or gets it wrong. Takes weeks or months to resolve which is unfortunate as it’s great otherwise.
I have had the app for yonks and I like it but the “Check price” never works any more. Am I missing something?
Very rich and tasty....chill for 30 minutes before serving is definitely worth the wait!!!
1. You cannot delete your account. Literally the feature doesn’t exist, and they don’t have any help pages. 2. The app will spam you multiple times a week with random BS. 3. There are significantly better wine tracking apps; the best part about those is you can actually export your data or backup!! 3.a if you have a large collection I would NOT recommend this app for longevity. This is putting your data in a proprietary vault that you cannot take anything out of. Like a wine bottle with no opening!

Clearly greed combined with a horrible software developer department is a clear sign of the end of this once enjoyable app. I gave it a try and stuck around for way to long waiting for you to come to you senses. Bye bye! **bring your price down and I will stick around. Ads horrible and cheapens the app. No longer a leader in the wine app world. Will wait for a short while and give up if not redesigned to the excellence it once was. A fab way to keep track of what you like. Love the interface. Does need to be able to categorize wines on regions better. When there is not a category, it just does not list in the region. But all in all, this is the top app for wine collectors.
Nice but ads are in the way, otherwise a decent app to keep what you have tried.
This was a great app now you have to push past adds to not find the wine you’re looking at. Sad to see all my old saved wine shots go but this is an uninstall job now.
