There is no toll free customer care number, even worst is that you cannot connect to delivery agent from other number. The number you gave them in case is not recharged or is not available, you cannot contact these idiots. No chat support to connect any agent also.

I don’t know how much time did they take to delivery the product.I ordered 2 baseball caps one from myntra and another from urban monkey official store on the same day. Myntra has delivered the product one day before which they had taken 3 days to deliver. But u guys are taken 11 days and still my product was not in my hands and also no update on it..

There is absolutely no response to my complaints

My courier was not delivered in 12 days for a destination which is just 200kms away, had to cancel the parcel

There was no delivery executive assigned for over 3 days on the app, and no mechanism to reach for customer support. Most frustrating experience ever. Delayed an important shipment and caused me losses.

I ordered from a website that uses this app instead of amazon - the worst decision ive ever made. Everytime I check when my package is coming, it ALWAYS says tomorrow. Keep in mind, I ordered this package a week ago and I have been checking everyday. Don’t even get me started on the customer service - horrendous! I wasted hours trying to communicate my concerns to the unprofessional staff - an awful experience. If you are reading this, PLEASE ORDER FROM AMAZON and NEVER order from any website that uses this TERRIBLE app to track its orders.

Pathetic service! I chose the express delivery option because it was an urgent courier, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite raising multiple complaints, the order was not delivered on time. The package kept going back and forth between cities for no reason, and the delivery agent never answered calls. This app completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. If you’re thinking of using this service for anything time-sensitive, think again. Absolutely unreliable and frustrating. Avoid this app at all costs!

While placing the order, they will give you the cutoff time for the day, so that if you place order within that time it will be picked up up on same day. But it is not the case, they will try and attempt on next day, even on next day you are not sure, as we cannot check with the IVR where we cannot talk to Customer Service nor the delivery agents will pick your call. I would not suggest anyone to opt for Delhivery if you have an urgent parcel to be sent. Rather opt for Indian Speed Post.

Worst deliver agent ever. Why are they still here. Problems and delays everytime package is sent to me through Delhivery.
