Best game of the Emily series!
Personally as someone who has played almost all of Emily’s cooking games from the start I’m really happy with how the games have progressed. Both graphics and storyline have improved brilliantly over the years.
Thank you for all the good work!
Loyal Fan No More
This was my absolute favorite game. I played it every day for years. Some seasons were harder than others, but as other reviewers have stated it has become impossible to finish many levels without buying something. I wouldn’t mind that if it were for like 5-10 levels in a season with diamonds or coins from the game, but it’s so often there is no way to replenish your diamonds to buy the necessary ‘help’ just to complete most of the levels. I took a break from the game to see if it would improve, but clearly the devs care more about the $ which saddens me. I will finish out the current season and then delete the app. For me, the best games are the ones that give you the option to pay something if you choose to maybe speed things up or make it easier, but if the gamer is willing to work and put in the time and strategy, paying should not be REQUIRED for any game. I truly hope the creators consider this because I will no longer engage with anything in the ‘Delicious’ world.
Response to Developers: No need to copy and paste your response from other similar comments. I have read them. My personal belief is that you should not need to ‘reach out to the app’s support team for tips’ in order to beat levels. This would mean you’ve made it too hard for all of your players for it to be enjoyable. I like a challenge but not an impossibility 🙃
The original gameplay was better and way more fun
I really don’t like the gameplay as I do for the original gameplay, especially Emily’s true love game, but the amount of stories and drama is amazing and I love that there is a new episode added often. The same stories and episodes with the old gameplay would be something made in heaven
Have to Pay
I really like this game, but no matter what you have to pay to get diamonds win the harder levels.
Best Cooking Game
I absolutely love this game!!! It’s fun, the story line is cute and I love the recipes. It’s hard being patient waiting for the next level but well worth the wait. My favorite game.
Imagine if PlayStation Plus Did This…
Soooooo too bad so sad if you already pay subscription fees for the the GameHouse Games. They STILL want you to spend money to stop FORCED VIDEO ADS after EVERY LEVEL!! Ads that typically break the game, forcing you to restart. Imagine if you paid for PS Plus and they started shoving video ads every time you saw a staircase in Hogwarts Legacy. And then they said “well just spend more money, and those go away!” That’s the new model for GameHouse.
Anyone ever play Merge Gardens? A totally free game that only gives you video ads when you ask for them, and just has a few pop up ads for in game purchases here and there. Again, a totally free game -not even membership fees.
Man, I used to love these games.
Queue Developers copy/paste response: “if you spend more money, ads go bye bye! :)))))))”
Love❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love the game one problem it’s super expensive to even play the game it’s like every time you wanna play a level you have to purchase diamonds or something to like play the game the game needs to somehow be built better
Love
I have it three stars because the sound keeps going away, I upgraded my phone and thought the problem had been fixed, nope. I have tried restarting the game, it will come back but the sound would drop into the next level or not even come back, restarting the phone doesn’t help either, I even tried submitting a form and for some reason I couldn’t get past the verification and refreshing didn’t seem to help with or without the wifi.
Other than that I love this game, played the story lines and it is very addicting.
Boring-Too many levels for 1 restaurant
Gets way too boring with so many levels in 1 restaurant. Should be 10 levels max. per restaurant.
Disappointed/But will finish until I used my diamonds
When I first started playing this game, I was so happy that I had found a game that’s not a money grab. You can purchase on your own & have fun with the concept. I was wrong! The first word was great and I believe it challenged you just enough to have to buy some diamonds as well as build your coins up. The fact that you have to start all over building your coins to me should not happen with any game, especially one where you can’t buy coins & only diamonds are available for purchase. Not only that, the second world forces you to use your diamonds up, so that you have to purchase more. I wish these creators would understand that some of us would spend money for a product we love without being forced to do so. The fact of you losing all your money & being forced to meets goals that are not reachable in the 2nd world with running through your helpers or diamonds really isn’t fun. It takes away the enjoyment of the game. I do love this creation, I think the game is great to relax and play, but the force fed isn’t my favorite thing. I do hope the creators learn to not put in force play. It truly ruins the experience of the game. But great job with the storytelling.
