При завершении аренды не удостоверился что аренда была завершена,улетел в другую страну,заметил проблему только спустя 1сутки 20 часов на тот момент сумма аренды составляла 9 тысяч рублей, оператор мне сказал не волноваться,что уже сотрудник едет к автомобилю,разберётся с проблемой(была не полностью закрыта дверь) и будет произведен перерасчет в меньшую сторону от суммы 9 000₽, в итоге аренду завершил специалист Делимобиль спустя 4 суток и списали с меня 18 000₽
Вот таким образом работает Делимобиль,1000 раз подумайте перед тем как пользоваться услугами этой фирмы, обманут при первой возможности и спишут любые средства с вашей карты,а если Вы попробуете дозвониться до оператора, то поймете,что это во первых очень тяжело сделать так как ни кто не берет трубку,а во вторых операторы говорят одно, а происходит абсолютно другое, конечно же не в вашу пользу
Обман/fraud
Во время поездки был дождь я заехал на ТТК у меня отвалился ЛЕВЫЙ дворник! Вслепую я едва смог съехать с ТТК и найти паркинг. Все это время я тратил минуты Delipass. После окончания поездки я написал в службу поддержки, где мне сказали, что вернут компенсацию. Компенсация составила 350 баллов, что на 490 меньше чем должны были и нет никакой компенсации моего личного времени!!. Мой крюк составил 40 минут, включая полуаварийную езду в крайнем ряду, и переживания что я или в меня въедут. При моем тарифе средняя цена минута поездки 21 руб, 350/21= 16 минут. Получается, что делимобиль украл мои 24 минуты времени.
Более того, если бы в меня в итоге врезались или я повредил машину, то вы бы меня раздели и разули за минимальные царапины, а когда подвергаете опасности жизни водителей и пассажиров просто съезжаете, что у вас что-то не работает или не предусмотрено.

Часто машины грязные и пахнут внутри. Поддержка отвечает с большими задержками. Вас никак не защитят и отдадут ваши штрафы коллекторам. Пользоваться больше не буду
