I Don’t recommend it

So annoying app I haven’t got any orders for the last 27 days I tried to contact with the manager to fix the problem many times but they don’t answer I don’t recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Work with HungryPanda is rubbish

If I could I would give no stars I’ve never seen that horrible work they give some riders lots of order me get no order sometimes one order whole day they block your account with no reason

They could learn from deiveroo

They give you orders when the restaurant hasn’t even started making the food, so if you are by a restaurant that you are notified with a job, you could wait for up to 1 hour! And as you know, deliverers don’t get paid to wait around. They should be like deliveroo and notify drivers with jobs that are ready to collect. Also, staff are very rude and have no sympathy if you encounter a problem, they just love money! A lot of the times jobs are notified with quite a distance from restaurant, yet they don’t consider the travel you make there when accumulating the salary for the job. I gave them 1 star extra because the pay is kind of fair for the long distances you travel. Please hungry panda, learn from Ubereats and deliveroo, they are very professional!

Blocking my account

I felt very company that the company is unprofessional who blocked my account for no reason while it was a self employed job and my deliveries was on time but still they blocked it I request them about my issue they didn’t respond me I am still seeking help

You never get your food in time

Give 1 star because there’s no worse option than 1 star

Rubbish

Worked hungry panda for few months. Winter was ok but as soon as summer arrived there wasn’t any order at all. I texted so many times asking about the problem but no answer. Deliveroo and ubereats are real professional and much much better than this rubbish. Poor customer service. What a shame !

Shocking

Rubbish no sound when job comes in. Can’t use other apps on phone

When I started with them they were good and addition I recommended to my friends to register with them but unfortunately later they were very bad the help line ignore you if you facing issues no one solve it to you staff not professional if any rate less than one star I will rating for them

No responsible

I was driving only two days for this company in Leeds no one know who is manager and responsible when I had got a issue I called someone he said you need to call this number all sent me to each other after two days I have saved 8 phone number which all was manager and other thing was the orders have not managed by the system it was managed by someone which was not fair !!! It is absolutely ridiculous.

Smooth experience

Fast response. I started the same day when I registered. Got several order with over 10 pounds incentive in London!
