Never saw a more chaotic garbage interface. It’s so of putting, I’ll remove the app after writing this review!

Once a server gets low amount of players the game asks if you want to swap servers after taking a break. I had +- 150 to 200 euros invested which would be returned on a new character through a code. I received the code, copied it to clipboard, as i went on to save the code in my apple notes and go back to the game to use it on the new server the code was not working. Me being very aggitated with the problem but being very respectfull trying to connect with support. I found out that the support wasn’t understanding me properly. Took me 6 days to find out through 1 to 2 messages per day that they tried to set the event up again, but they literally lost everything of my account. Now they won’t return the invested money to my new character because the event does not pop up on my account anymore. Since i am not eligible according to the support. They literally threw a uno reverse card on me and never replied anymore. From being my favorite game to the worst i have ever invested my time and joy in. Thanks to the support being incapable of doing what they need to do, support their customers/players when they need them.

Love this game it’s easy entertainment and not too expensive.

I’m missing 50K+ gold in my game, can’t use CS contact it won’t accept my phone nr as contact info, please get it sorted…

I don’t know why but my review keeps being deleted. It’s not a bad game. It’s just the fact that everything about it revolves around money. I can’t tell you how many times I have talked to other players inside the game and they basically said they spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the game. There is no way of catching up to any of these players and everything in the game

Y’know how in ads, the characters level up super fast? It feels like that’s what’s going on here, and absolutely none of it feels earned. Is there anything to this game? Is it just meant to be a money sink? I have no idea, but for some reason after playing for about 30 minutes I’m level 120 and I’m ranked at VIP6. There’s making fast progress, and then there’s whatever is going on here.

So I started playing this game and I will lose some of you here. I am aware of the absurdity of my spending, however, the experience dealing with the Customer Service team was atrocious. I spent $2,999+ to reach the SSSVip and upon reaching that milestone I was prompted to reach out to the customer service. After doing that I was given instructions to add someone on Discord (separate app). Initially the user they sent me was not found. So I reached out to let them know it didn’t work. Days later they rectified that but it wasn’t until after I reached out to Apple support. So situation rectified I continued to play and of course that meant I continued to spend $. All in I was about $3,600 in and suddenly the game crashed and when I went to log back in I was banned. I’m not looking for sympathy and I’m aware of the absurdity of spending $3,600 on a mobile game in a month. The in game community is great, active, and competitive. Even with my “whaling” I was still not the strongest in my realm (server group) even though strongest on my server. The community is fun to interact with and banter. Truly a shame how poorly the customer service has been and even more disheartening to have spent so much $ to be randomly banned.

Just another cash grab micro transaction game. If you spend your hard earn money you will meet your match there. You’ll run across “players” (who work for the company) spend like crazy to get you to spend more. The mini games are cheaply designed. No effort even though there are set difficulties it’s all the same. Only thing that was put into thought was the items you can get if you purchase them. Server dies so quick leaving you to play with bot(s) players who quit the game. Many other cash grab games you can play that put effort into the game.

The game in itself is very addicting and well made, but I have spent plenty of money on it and the customer service agents are all extremely unhelpful, regardless of your “VIP” ranking. I should have SSSVIP service and they keep telling me to add a username on discord, which I have, and have yet to get a response or add back for multiple days now. Rewards from Top-Ups do not always appear, or randomly disappear. The customer service will not help you with this, again, regardless of how much you have invested into the game. There is a major language barrier between users and the developers (seems they do not speak English well). It is really frustrating, because I want to continue supporting this game and playing it, but they keep giving me reasons not to.
