It’s marketed as an app to get dental questions answered by real dentists, but I’ve found no evidence that anyone has actually gotten a response to a question. I just wanted a general idea of how bad a problem was and I haven’t gotten any response other than the apps generic “our dentists are reviewing your question” response

Broken app. Tried to contact and got no response. Can’t even delete your account. Fix the app!

The dentist at first are great at first until my dentist suddenly stopped responding .I tried getting some one new never responded ! I looked through the list of patients they have listed this dentist and the dentist from before have the exact same patients .Either there making this up or there are other people who have had my problem

This app has been extremely useful in helping me find a dentist nearby. It is also great because I’m able to open it up at any time of the day. It will be right there when I need it! I really enjoy Dental Chat! More people should be using this amazing app.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, I haven’t been able to see my dentist, and this app saved me when I needed advice on how to handle my tooth pain. It was so easy to use! Would definitely recommend.
